We just joined LuvBug, why is my child unable to play all of the games?

The platform is specifically designed to reward correct answers and points earned, with further advancement, by way of unlocking new games or scenes, or powers. Some games, villages, and videos become available once your child achieves a certain level rank, through points scored. Each child begins at the level of Sweet Pea and must earn puppy rewards to reach the highest level of Supreme LuvBug!
